Company Profile Cabana Banners opened its doors on August 1, 1991 from a concept initiated by Randy and Patti Nash. Originally began under the name “Banana Banners” however due to a trademark conflict Cabana Banners was selected in additional to the “logo” and slogan “Banners with Appeal”. In turn all three entities were granted Federal Trademark registries in June 1994. The company elected to incorporate as an S-corporation on April 1, 1993 under Banana Incorporated.
